The company is establishing a standalone Interior Production Quality Control Lead role to oversee its wood furniture workshop, a move designed to separate quality assurance from general production management as the firm prepares for upcoming large-scale hospitality projects.
The new Lead will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of furniture production at the CLAH workshop, located in the M.O.R.E Building in Ho Chi Minh City. Key responsibilities include end-to-end oversight of the team from CNC file execution to final assembly, rigorous material testing to ensure compliance with technical specifications, and strict schedule management to guarantee on-time delivery for international clients.
Previously, these critical quality assurance functions were shared across existing leadership roles. By creating a dedicated position, CLAH allows its current production staff to focus on their core specializations in design and fabrication, while the new Lead focuses strictly on maintaining the highest standards of precision.
